I’m always searching for ways to make easy, healthy, AND tasty meals for my family. It’s not always an easy task, but sometimes I stumble upon a recipe that works on so many levels. These simple, healthy, homemade rice cakes are a favorite in our house, especially for breakfast. We like to add either a poached or fried egg and place on a bed of greens. Then, we top with salsa. This recipe is made with cumin and turmeric, but you can add any seasonings that you like. They freeze nicely and travel well, so you can enjoy later. Delicious!
