1. Festive Cheese Plate

A holiday cheese plate is the perfect no-cook appetizer for your holiday party! Simply arrange a variety of cheeses, crackers, and seasonal fruits and vegetables on a large platter or cutting board. I like to include a variety of colors and textures for visual interest. Some of my favorite holiday cheese plate additions are pomegranate seeds, fresh cranberries, rosemary sprigs, and thinly sliced Fuji apples. Serve with a variety of crackers or baguette slices.

2. Cranberry Brie Bites

This easy appetizer only requires four ingredients and can be made ahead of time! Simply cut a block of brie cheese into small cubes and roll each cube in a mixture of chopped fresh cranberries and brown sugar. Place the bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve with crackers or baguette slices.

3. Smoked Salmon Canapes
