Roll a thawed sheet of puff pastry out to ensure it is wide enough to fold over and fully cover the brie wheel.

Put the puff pastry sheet on the tray lined with parchment paper. Place the brie wheel in the center of the puff pastry and drizzle two tablespoons of honey on top.

Grab all corners of puff pastry and twist into a tight knot. Press the puff pastry against the brie and brush the top with egg wash. It will help keep the pastry together.

Bake for about 25 minutes until it is nicely browned.

Once the honey baked brie puff pastry is finished, add the mixed berry topping, sprinkle with some powdered sugar, and serve hot. Enjoy!

What to Serve with Baked Brie

This soft and creamy French cheese can be paired with many things from wine or fruit to nuts. I particularly love pairing it with chocolate.

Paired with your favorite crackers, tart apples or fig jam are the ultimate classic while dried cranberries or raisins add a touch of sweetness that complements this creamy cheese wonderfully!

It’s best to try baked brie in the dish that its original texture was created for – French bread, crackers or baguette are common companions. The rich cheesy flavor is an excellent addition when paired up with fruit slices or caramelized onions too!

If you’re looking to go more adventurous then try things like honey roasted almonds or pecans in addition – they’ll be sure not to disappoint either way.
